Quality is the prime focus of the organization as it compels the customers to buy a product. For maintaining high standard of quality, we use superior raw materials like plastic scraps, additives, chemicals, etc. for manufacturing and conduct stringent check on every stages of production. To assure the quality process we used the process and machines like MFI Machine, Tensile Strength, Dart Impact Test , Density Test etc.


Melt Flow Indexer
The Melt Flow Index is a measure of the ease of flow of the melt of a thermoplastic polymer. It is defined as the mass of polymer in grams flowing in 10 minutes through a capillary of specific diameter and length by a pressure applied via prescribed alternative gravimetric weights for alternative prescribed temperatures.The melt flow rate is an indirect measure of molecular weight, high melt flow rate corresponding to low molecular weight.
Synonyms of Melt Flow Index are Melt Flow Rateand Melt Index. Actually, more commonly used are their abbreviations: MFIMFR and MI

Digital Tensile Strength Tester
Tensile Strength and elongation are the two prime characteristics of most of the raw materials, whether they are metals; or non-metals such as rubber, leather, textiles, plastic paper; or finished products such as rods, wires, ropes, yarns belts etc. These properties very often play the major role in determining the suitability of any raw material for any specific applications. It is, therefore of utmost importance to determine these characteristics accurately, conveniently, and quickly. The Tensile Testing provide a relatively inexpensive way for determining the tensile strength and elongation of a variety of raw materials, they are based on constant rate of traverse principle in which one end of the test specimen is held in a and screw arrangement
Dart Impact test machine

The Falling Dart Impact Tester is intended for the determination of mechanical properties of packaging material such as plastic films, laminates and paper.The tester comprises a horizontal base-plate on which a vertical column of steel has been erected and which on its top carries a release mechanism in which the falling dart can be inserted.Falling Dart Impact Tester is applicable in falling dart impact test that causes plastic films and foils to fail under specified conditions of impact of a free-falling dart.

  Ash Content Machine

To determine the Ash Content in water tank Raw Material , this equipment is very useful for evaluation. Ash Content determines the inorganic content of plastics by destructive ashing procedures. It is also an important aspect of Raw Material as the Ash Content detemines the Quality / Longetivity of the Water Tanks.

  Carbon black dispersion instrument

Carbon black dispersion instrument is used to find out the dispersion of additives e.g. pigments, fillers in plastics. In plastic material, pigment and fillers play a very important role for matching the uniform colours as well as resistance against UV light. This equipment is also useful for determination of surface defects, voids, bubbles, filler distribution and other structural investigation.


Environmental stress cracking is the formation of cracks in a material caused by relatively low tensile stress and environmental conditions. Environmental Stress-Cracking Resistance (ESCR) is the number of hours that 50% of the specimens tested exhibit stress cracks.


endulum Impact tester is built with versatility, ease of operation and display of information with high resolution. These machines are capable of determining the impact strength using Charpy, Izod or Tensile Pendulum Impact methods by changing the pendulum striking tab. By using the appropriate striking tab and the specimen clamps on the base of the machine, plastic samples can be tested in accordance with - Pendulum capacity can be easily change & increased by adding the optional weights on Pendulum Hammer Device. The energy absorbed for breaking can be configured in different units of measurement and the same is displayed by an optical encoder mounted on the shaft of the machine.


To determine the average of carbon black content especially in polyethylene materials by pyrolysis method, like plastic pipes, films, sheets, cables, water tanks etc., this equipment is very useful for evaluation of carbon black content. Carbon black is used in plastic as a UV stabilizer to prevent degradation of plastic by UV radiation. It is also possible to find out ash content in plastic material by this instrument.
